How to Order

How to Order

To order products from this website, simply follow these steps:

  1. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase, selecting the available options as necessary, the quantity you require, then click on the "Add to Cart" button. An order box (your shopping cart) will appear at the top of your web page, to show the item(s) you have selected.
  2. While shopping, you can either:
    1. continue searching the site for further goods that you may wish to purchase and add these to your shopping cart (you may add as many products as you wish before visiting the checkout).
    2. if you have finished shopping click the "View Cart" button.
  3. Your shopping cart. This page will show you the products that you have selected to order. You are able to make any amendments to your order here. Check that the details are correct then click on the "Checkout" button.
  4. Proceed to the checkout. This will calculate your delivery charges for your order.
  5. Delivery details and payment options. Fill in the information requested and then choose a method of payment. Click the "Continue" button.
  6. Checkout. On choosing a payment option you will be taken to a new checkout page where you may finish inputting your payment details.

Payment Methods

Secure Server1. By Secure Server. At the final Checkout stage click on "Proceed to Secure Server". Complete your credit/debit card details then click the "Submit Payment Information". Details about our Secure Server can be found in the Security section of the Terms & Conditions.

Telephone2. By Telephone. To place an order, please call 0845 260 9009 and speak to one of our sales advisors. Lines are open between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Please have your credit/debit card details available.

Fax3. By Fax. The on-line checkout will automatically generate a fax order form, which can be printed out and faxed direct to us on 0845 260 9008. Our fax lines are open 24 hours/7 days a week.

Post4. By Post. The on-line checkout will automatically generate a postal order form, which can be printed out and posted along with a cheque or postal order. Please make cheques payable to World of Brass and post to: World of Brass, 9 Hebble Close, Bolton, BL2 3FS, UK.

Returns

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all purchases. If for any reason you wish to return an item then please telephone 0845 260 9009, or use our contact form, to obtain a returns number.
Any item(s) returned must be in the original condition that you received them in with all packaging intact. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting and that you have included a copy of the orginal invoice with your full contact details and returns note number.
