All prices are in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Payment can be made by credit/debit card via our on line secure server or by fax, post or telephone. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Cheque payment by post is also accepted, subject to clearance.
Goods will normally be despatched within 1 to 5 days, subject to stock availability, after receipt of the order. There are occasions where demand on certain products outstrips supply and should we be unable to deliver within 30 days we will advise you within the first 14 days of placing your order, with the option to cancel your order.

Any shortages, non delivery or damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of a delivery.
All goods will remain the property of World of Brass Limited, until paid for in full.
Our 14-day money back guarantee means you can return your purchase for exchange or refund. Please ensure that the product has not been used, and is returned to us undamaged in the original packaging. All we ask is that you pay the return carriage costs. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from your courier and that you have included a copy your original invoice a returns note number along with your full contact details, stating if you require a replacement or refund. Simply contact us to arrange the return of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. (Excludes special order or made to measure items.)
All goods must be returned along with a copy of the invoice and an official returns number issued by World of Brass. All items must be returned complete with all original packaging as supplied.
World of Brass Limited will not be liable for goods returned by any other means unless receipt, acknowledgement or credit note has been issued within four weeks from the date of return.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days and return any unused goods for a full refund within 30 days. You should notify us of your intention to cancel by email, letter, fax or telephone. Goods must be returned at your own expense within 7 days of your notice to cancel, and be unused in their original condition with all packaging. You will receive a refund within 30 days of your notice to cancel.
