How to Order
To order products from this website, simply follow these
- Select the product(s) you wish to purchase, selecting
the available options as necessary, the quantity you require, then
click on the "Add to Cart" button. An order box (your
shopping cart) will appear at the top of your web page, to show the
item(s) you have selected.
- While shopping, you can either:
- continue searching the site for further goods that you may wish
to purchase and add these to your shopping cart (you may add as
many products as you wish before visiting the checkout).
- if you have finished shopping click the "View Cart"
- Your shopping cart. This page will show you the products
that you have selected to order. You are able to make any
amendments to your order here. Check that the details are correct
then click on the "Checkout" button.
- Proceed to the checkout. This will calculate your
delivery charges for your order.
- Delivery details and payment options. Fill in the
information requested and then choose a method of payment. Click
the "Continue" button.
- Checkout. On choosing a payment option you will be taken
to a new checkout page where you may finish inputting your payment
By Secure Server. At the final Checkout stage click on
"Proceed to Secure Server". Complete your credit/debit card
details then click the "Submit Payment Information". Details
about our Secure Server can be found in the Security section of the
Terms & Conditions.

speak to one of our sales advisors. Lines are open between 9.00am
and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Please have your credit/debit card
3. By Fax. The on-line
checkout will automatically generate a fax order form, which can be
printed out and faxed direct to us on 01204 370701. Our fax lines
are open 24 hours/7 days a week.
4. By Post. The on-line
checkout will automatically generate a postal order form, which can
be printed out and posted along with a cheque or postal order.

If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day money
back guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return an item then
please telephone 01204 399113, or use our contact form, to
obtain a returns number. Any item(s) returned must be in the
original condition that you received them in with all packaging
intact. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting and that you
have included a copy of the original invoice with your full contact
details and returns note number. We will refund you in full for the
amount paid for the product(s) being returned. The original
postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. All you
pay for is the return postage of the goods. If an item proves to be
faulty, or a problem of any kind, we will also pay for the cost of
