TYPES OF DOOR HANDLES EXPLAINED:

Lever Latch Door Handles: For general use on interior doors with a plain back plate, fitted with a mortice latch.

Lever Lock Door Handles: For use on external doors or on interior doors where a lock is required with a key hole on the back plate, fitted with a 3 or 5 lever lock.

Bathroom Set Door Handles: For use with bathroom locks. The handles have a thumb turn fitted on the backplate, which turns the bolt to lock the door. These type of handles also have an emergency release on the outside door handle.

Privacy Lock Door Handles: For use with a mortice latch. The handles have thumb turn fitted on the backplate, which locks the lever handle in place. These type of handles also have an emergency release on the outside door handle.

Euro Profile Door Handles: For use with euro profile lock cases and euro cylinder locks.

Oval Profile Door Handles: For use with oval profile lock cases and oval cylinder locks.

uPVC Door Handles: For use with multi point locks, the lever is lifted up to lock the door.

All our door handles are produced using accurate pressure die casting, and hot stamp forging methods to guarantee the consistency in design and quality of finish of every door handle, and are suitable for use on fire doors to BS EN 1634-1 2000.

Please note that lever latch door handles are not supplied with mortice latches, and the bathroom set door handles need to be fitted with a bathroom lock. When ordering please remember to order these items separately.
